Putin: Russia's national debt is 15.6%, country feels confident

ST. PETERSBURG, June 4. /TASS/. Russia's national debt is only 15.6%, Russia is on the right economic path and feels confident, President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with the heads of leading global news agencies organized by TASS.

"Our national debt is 15.6%. And what's it like in France? Over a hundred, probably. <…> We have 15.6%. All this gives us reason to believe that we are on the right path and feel confident," Putin said.
