國防部副部長徐斯儉本月21日至23日率團赴捷克布拉格出席2026年「全球安全論壇」（GLOBSEC）。徐斯儉於「當基礎設施成為戰場：基礎設施戰爭時代」及「國防數位化與互通性：從制度走向前線」場次擔任與談人及演說嘉賓，就灰色地帶威脅、關鍵基礎設施防護等議題，分享台灣的經驗與觀點。
《軍聞社》指出，訪團除出席「全球安全論壇」開幕活動外，徐斯儉也受邀至布拉格城堡出席總統晚宴及頒獎典禮，與各國政要及國際安全領域重要人士互動交流，進一步強化台灣與理念相近國家的溝通聯繫與合作關係。
徐斯儉分別於「當基礎設施成為戰場：基礎設施戰爭時代」（When Infrastructure Becomes a Battlefield: The Age of Infrastructure Warfare）及「國防數位化與互通性：從制度走向前線」（Defence Digitalization and Interoperability: From Frameworks to the Frontline）等場次，擔任與談人及演說嘉賓，就灰色地帶威脅、關鍵基礎設施防護、人工智慧與無人系統運用、國防創新及跨國合作等議題，分享台灣在整體防衛韌性、數位整合及實務應用方面的經驗與觀點。
