游姓、王姓與陳姓3名資訊業者涉成立多家空殼公司，以虛報貨名等方式申報出口搭載輝達（NVIDIA）HB300高階晶片的美超微（Supermicro）高階AI伺服器至中港澳地區。基隆地檢署20日搜索游姓、王姓及陳姓男子住處、公司等12處後，在基隆倉儲等地查扣游等人斥資台幣7億元向美超微（Supermicro）購買、尚未走私出境的50台搭載輝達HB300高階晶片的AI伺服器及900餘萬元現金，21日認定游等3人涉犯偽造文書等罪嫌重大，以有逃亡、串滅證及勾串共犯、證人之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見獲准。
由於此案涉及敏感的台美科技供應鏈安全，引發業界高度關注。基隆地檢署昨天凌晨向法院聲請羈押後，游等3人要求停止夜間訊問。基隆地院法官昨天下午1點30分召開羈押庭，主任檢察官黃聖親自坐鎮與承辦檢察官蕭詠勵親自蒞庭，法官開了2個小時後，依檢方提出的證據，足認游等3人有逃亡、串證之虞，裁定收押禁見。
基隆地檢署日前接獲情資，游姓、王姓及陳姓等3名資訊業者，明知美超微公司生產、搭載輝達HB300高階晶片的AI伺服器，屬於美國政府嚴格管制、全面禁止銷往中港澳地區的戰略性高科技產品，3人共謀以每台約台幣1400多萬，斥資7億元向美超微購50台裝載輝達HB300高階晶片的高階AI伺服器後，涉嫌以設立多家空殼公司及人頭負責人，虛報貨名及假造文件等方式，申報出口至中港澳地區牟利。
案經檢察官蕭詠勵追查數月，昨天指揮海巡署偵防分署基隆與台北查緝隊，同步至台北、新北、桃園、台中等地搜索游等3人的住處及相關涉案公司共12處，在基隆、內湖2處倉儲查扣到尚未走私出境的50台美超微高階AI伺服器、電腦、名車與900餘萬元現金。
檢察官蕭詠勵漏夜複訊至21日凌晨後，認定游姓等3人犯刑法行使偽造公文書、業務登載不實文書等罪嫌重大，以3人有逃亡、湮滅證據及勾串共犯、證人之虞，向基隆地方法院聲請羈押禁見獲准。
