因此，黃女被欺負的影像一流出，馬上在地方引發熱議，要求這四個屁孩出來面對；甚至直接把4人的全名肉搜出來，直接公開在網路上。
據悉，該爭議影片是4名少年於5月拍攝，其中3名少年於近日畢業後，將影片上傳網路，沒想到卻引來民眾不滿。
新北市瑞芳警分局獲報後，立刻傳喚4名少年在監護人的陪同下到案說明，也請黃女及其弟弟協助釐清案發情形。
警方初步調查，4名少年於案發當天與被害人同住一棟大樓，因隔天要共同出遊，一時興起，闖入黃女家中戲弄對方。
少年家長們在警局內頻頻向黃女及其家屬道歉，希望他們能夠給孩子們一個機會。黃女家屬要求少年們寫下悔過書後，並答應做社會服務後，願意給他們一個機會，暫不提出告訴。
警方則依規定通報相關單位，並依規定製作少年偏差行為通報教育局；另也安排社福人員前往黃女家中，進行關懷。
