MELITOPOL, May 17. /TASS/. A Ukrainian drone was shot down while approaching the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant’s (ZNPP) Raduga substation, no damage was done, the ZNPP said.
"A drone attack on the Raduga substation was reported. The drone was shot down in midair. It did not detonate. No damage was reported," it wrote on its Telegram channel.
Apart from that, according to the ZNPP, Ukrainian troops also attacked the facility’s transport shop, damaging its roof and personnel buses. The plant continues operating routinely, with all the technical parameters being under control and the radiation background remaining within the norm, it added.
