Kambli was seen walking with the support of two men and was photographed by media personnel. Fans and mediapersons gathered outside the stadium to greet Kambli, who represented India in 17 Tests and 104 ODIs between 1991 and 2000. In a video that has gone viral on social media, some fans were heard saying, "get well soon, sir." Kambli responded with a smile and a thumbs-up gesture. Meanwhile, aggressive half-centuries from Travis Head and Heinrich Klaasen powered Sunrisers Hyderabad to a six-wicket win over Mumbai Indians. Head laid the foundation for Hyderabad's blistering chase of 249/4 in 18.4 overs with a 76 off just 30 balls, while Klaasen sealed the win with an unbeaten 65 off 30 deliveries, including seven fours and four sixes.
