WWE Monday Night RAW July 20 Recap: Bloodline Dominates Main Event

The July 20 episode of WWE's flagship show, Monday Night RAW, was broadcast live from the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. The show featured multiple exciting matches featuring the young and rising talent from RAW. An interesting segment saw Solo Sikoa offer Seth Rollins to help him beat Roman Reigns at SummerSlam, and he asked for some time to think. The night concluded with Reigns' Bloodline standing tall after an explosive main event bout.

Je'Von Evans & Dragon Lee vs. Bron Breakker & Austin Theory

The night kicked off with a tag team match pitting Je'Von Evans & Dragon Lee against The Vision members, Dragon Lee & Bron Breakker. The other members, Maxxine Dupri and Logan Paul, provided constant interference, which led to Breakker hitting Lee with a spear to win the match. They continued the attack until Otis and Tozawa came to their aid. However, The Vision took them out too and stood tall in the end.

Oba Femi vs. JD McDonagh

The match was made after a backstage altercation between JD McDonagh, Dominik Mysterio, Joe Hendry, and Danhausen, which led to McDonagh getting in the crosshairs of Oba Femi. The Ruler made quick work of him and finished off McDonagh with a Fall from Grace to win the bout. Femi then took the mic and addressed Brock Lesnar, saying that he would see him in Hell in a Cell.

Chad Gable & Penta vs. Rusev & Ethan Page

This was a tag team match. Despite being opponents at SummerSlam, Chad Gable and Penta showed excellent commaradery against Rusev and Ethan Page. In the end, Penta took out Page with a Mexican Destroyer, and Gable made Rusev tap out of the ankle lock to win the match for his team.

Joe Hendry vs. Dominik Mysterio

This was a singles match stemming from events that happened earlier in the night. Dominik Mysterio had Liv Morgan by his side, who tried to interfere to help him beat Joe Hendry. However, Danhausen and IYO Sky arrived to even the odds and provided a major assist in helping Hendry beat Dirty Dom to score the victory.

LA Knight vs. Jacob Fatu

This was the main event match of the night. The heated rivals, LA Knight and Jacob Fatu, tore each other apart in this explosive bout. It came to a close with Fatu hitting the Samoan Drop and Moonsault on Knight to pick up the win. Following the match, Solo Sikoa & Royce Keys brawled with The Usos. The show concluded with The Usos and Jacob Fatu standing tall over their SummerSlam opponents.
