AI assists in indigenous language revival and preservation

Taiwan's Indigenous Peoples Council is collaborating with the Indigenous Peoples Language Research and Development Foundation to develop an AI system for indigenous languages. The system includes voice recognition, synthesis, and translation for 16 languages, aiming to promote, teach, and preserve them.
