Southport Killer Axel Rudakubana Transferred to High-Security Psychiatric Hospital

Axel Rudakubana, jailed for the "sadistic" murders of three children and attacks on others in Southport, has been moved from Belmarsh prison to Broadmoor high-security psychiatric hospital after clinical assessment deemed him unsafe for prison.
