Canadian Police Link Multiple Shootings, Including US Consulate Attack, to Gun-for-Hire Networks
Canadian police have linked multiple shootings, including an attack on the US consulate in Toronto and synagogues, to sophisticated gun-for-hire networks. These networks recruit young adults via encrypted messages to carry out and film shootings. A police officer was killed during a raid related to the investigation, and two firearms used in over 25 shootings were traced to the US.
