Calum McFarlane: The 'failed footballer' now caretaker manager at Chelsea
Calum McFarlane, 40, has become Chelsea's caretaker manager for the second time this season after Liam Rosenior was sacked. The former 'failed footballer' from Forest Hill, south London, rose through grassroots football and a Norwegian stint at Tromso before joining Chelsea's Under-21s. He previously had a two-game spell in January, including a 1-1 draw at Manchester City. Chelsea are on a run of five league defeats, pushing them out of Champions League contention.
