Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned Iran's repeated ballistic missile and drone attacks, which targeted civilian and vital facilities including Kuwait International Airport, resulting in one death and injuries. The ministry stated that these aggressive acts undermine regional stability and violate international law.
Russia's Defense Ministry reported a massive missile strike on Ukrainian military command facilities, air bases, and industrial complexes using Oreshnik, Iskander, Kinzhal, and Zircon missiles, in retaliation for alleged Ukrainian attacks on civilian targets in Russia.
Vyacheslav Volodin, chairman of Russia's State Duma, accused Ukraine of deliberately targeting civilian facilities, including hospitals and schools, with drones. An attack on a college in Starobelsk on May 22 resulted in 10 deaths and 38 injuries.

Around 138,000 civilian facilities in Iran have been damaged by US and Israeli military strikes since the escalation began on February 28, according to Iranian TV channel SNN. The damage includes over 113,000 residential buildings, around 23,500 commercial properties, more than 300 medical facilities, 32 universities, and 993 educational institutions. The US announced a two-week ceasefire on April 7, while Iran-US talks in Islamabad on April 11 yielded no long-term agreement.
Russia's UN ambassador Vasily Nebenzya reported that Russia recorded at least 6,500 violations of the Easter ceasefire by Ukrainian forces during its 32-hour duration. The truce, declared by President Putin from April 11-12, was immediately accused by Ukraine of being violated by Russia. Nebenzya stated Ukrainian forces shelled civilian facilities, causing civilian casualties, and emphasized that the Easter truce cannot be seen as a prelude to a prolonged ceasefire.
