报告还指出，内河港口城市港口经济增加值达2.7万亿元人民币，占经济总量9.7%。战略性新兴产业成为港口经济增长重要动力，有力支撑长三角一体化、建设粤港澳大湾区、长江经济带发展等国家战略实施。

刘昕表示，港口经济是港航业高质量发展的重要引擎，也是港口城市转型发展的关键路径，对建设现代化产业体系意义重大。今年是“十五五”规划开局之年，也是国家提出建设天津北方国际航运中心20周年，上述报告将为各地港口经济评价、规划编制、政策制定提供重要支撑。
在报告的高质量发展评价中，上海位居海港城市总指数第一，重庆位居内河港口城市总指数第一。深圳、广州、苏州、宁波、天津、青岛获评海港城市A级；武汉、无锡、佛山、杭州、嘉兴、合肥获评内河港口城市A级。(完)
