〔記者鄭琪芳／台北報導〕立法院財政委員會今邀請財政部及金管會就「公股金融機構數位轉型、人力招募、員工權益及中長期整併規劃」進行專題報告，立委關切國票金控改選情況。對此，財政部長莊翠雲表示，國票金將於5月29日舉行股東大會並改選董事，目前已依規定完成提名作業，將按實力原則處理，如果公股取得經營主導權，將強化公司治理等。
財政部報告則指出，督請各公股民營金融事業在確保公股經營主導權前提下，關注市場中具優勢互補綜效的合適標的，依業務發展方向評估推動「公民併」，以壯大業務能量、強化市場競爭地位；同時督導事業於辦理過程中遵循相關法規及市場機制，同時兼顧股東、員工及客戶權益。一般認為，國票金可能成為「公民併」首例」。

國票金4月16日召開董事會通過15席董事同額提名名單，根據公告名單，公股提名一般董事候選人8席，分別為前兆豐金董事長張兆順、前一銀副總經理周慶輝、一銀副總蔡淑慧、台企銀副總乙增祥及前第一金總經理吳瑛；獨立董事候選人3席，分別為謝智源、梁穗昌、李文雄。
另，人旺集團一般董事候選人2席，包括現任國票金董事施正峰、楊承羲，獨董為楊家興；耐斯集團2席董事候選人，包括現任金控總經理陳冠舟、雷虎科技董事長及國票證券副董陳冠如；獨董為陳惟龍。台鋼1席董事候選人，為會計師劉子猛。
