排队一上午、等位10小时、上架即秒没……火爆的消费实景,印证首发经济持续走俏市场。“十五五”规划纲要明确提出“积极推进首发经济”。如今这项新业态跳出简单开店招商的浅层模式,深度嵌入夜市街巷、市集商圈,以新品首秀、场景首展丰富市井业态,把市井烟火切实转化为内需增长的坚实底气。

首发经济的破圈,首要靠场景破壁,把单一商品售卖变为沉浸式体验落地。沈阳立足夜市集市载体举办东北首届超级汉堡节,上海、成都、杭州等地50余家品牌落地歇马市集,让首发藏在公园街巷、夜市市集里。天津盘活五大道历史建筑资源,探索“百年风貌街区+沉浸式首店”融合路径,2025年共引入576家首店,其中品质首店超300家、同比增长96%,老街区变身新潮消费打卡地,消费从“买实物”迈向“享体验”。成都抢抓首发季发展契机,落地“FA@成都2026首发季”活动,2025年新增首店876家,全市首店存量近5000家,推动首发发展逻辑从零散引进单店,转向全链条生态布局。一地一特色、一域一实景,首发跳出封闭式商场局限、拥抱露天市集与城市空间,正是适配大众赶集消费习惯、持续聚拢人气的关键抓手。

短期流量靠首店引进,长效繁荣靠本土培育,首发经济坚持内外双向发力,构建“引外牌+育本土”全链条发展生态。长沙统筹外来品牌落地与本土品牌孵化,一边引进连锁餐饮、特色业态首店入驻特色街巷,一边深耕本土消费培育,茶颜悦色等本土小店依托首发链路成长为全国连锁品牌,十余年间孵化新锐消费品牌超150家,本土消费产业年产值突破1800亿元。大连围绕“首研—首发—首店—总部”闭环布局,优质商圈首店占比近六成,同时深挖本土物产资源,依托首发打造城市IP文创伴手礼,助力本土制造品牌破圈出圈。而南京鼓楼另辟银发消费新赛道,首发AI养老机器人产品、发布银发经济场景机会清单,将首发触角延伸养老刚需市场,拓宽消费边界。实践充分证明,外来品牌拉动短期热度,本土自主品牌的创新韧性,才是首发经济规避同质化、长久留住市井客流的核心压舱石。

完善制度供给、细化政策扶持,是破解首店“开业即巅峰”、实现业态长红的关键保障。各地党委、政府深耕服务意识与保障机制,跳出粗放招商思路,以精准政策为首发生态保驾护航。武汉七部门印发《武汉市支持首发经济发展的若干措施》,定向扶持跨界首秀、创意概念首店落地特色商圈,2025年新增优质首店519家,稳步打造中部新品首发枢纽;北京依托“三新”消费试点专项资金,单个首发创新项目最高可获2000万元扶持,聚力建设专业化城市首发载体。与此同时,国家级展会成为链接国内外市场的重磅首发平台,第139届广交会集结3000余家专精特新企业首发轻工新品,消博会集中亮相飞行汽车、智能康养等前沿产品,依托展会资源实现首发产品产销对接。靶向施策的政策养分、互联互通的平台优势,让首发摆脱昙花一现的流量困境,实现从短期爆红到常态火热。

从商品首发到科技首发、文化首发、银发首发,首发经济正在完成全方位迭代升级。眼下部分首店难逃“开业即巅峰”困局,恰恰倒逼城市立足资源禀赋差异化布局,深挖本土工业、非遗、海洋等独有IP,拒绝盲目跟风内卷。立足大消费升级浪潮,只要持续锚定场景创新、生态深耕、政策赋能三条主线,让首发深耕市井集市、紧贴百姓需求,首发经济必将持续释放消费乘数效应,源源不断激活市场烟火,成为稳固内需大盘、赋能实体经济提质增效的持久动力。
