根据通知,2026消费名品全国行活动突出地方产业特色和区域优势,充分发挥名品引领效应,强化区域品牌、企业品牌标杆带动作用,以数智技术赋能消费品创新实践,以多元场景融合升级消费体验,推动供给与消费良性互动,为稳增长、扩消费、惠民生提供有力支撑。活动时间为2026年5月—2027年4月。

强化人工智能融合赋能,推动产品创新提质方面,通知提出,深入实施“人工智能+三品”专项行动,分行业分领域发布实施人工智能赋能应用指南,建设一批行业大模型和高质量数据集。聚焦体验制造、时尚消费、银发经济、绿色生产、健康生活等重点领域,深入挖掘一批创新产品、关键技术与应用场景。组织征集数字化转型典型案例(“数字三品”方向),加快形成一批可复制、易推广的案例范本,以技术创新驱动消费品产业提质升级。

推动消费市场融合发展,创新消费体验场景方面,通知提到,支持文创产品、非遗好物纳入中国消费名品,举办中国文创市集,搭建优质国货潮品展示、体验、推广平台,引导消费名品向文化、情感、体验价值多维延伸。推动名品元素与旅游景区、休闲街区深度融合,加强工业遗产保护,加快推动工业旅游高质量发展,以多元体验场景释放消费市场潜能。支持老厂房、老仓库活化利用,引入主题书店、设计酒店、跨界艺术展等多元业态,打造一批“时光车间”网红打卡地,以创新场景赋能消费升级。

联动行业展会平台,推动名品扬帆出海方面,通知明确,聚焦服装家纺、绿色家居、工艺美术等优势产业,搭建覆盖产业链上下游的内外贸一体化与供需对接平台,增强产业链供应链全球资源配置能力。联动世界布商大会、中国国际家具展览会等国际展会,设立中国消费名品国际展示专区,助力“国潮出海”“首发出海”。依托国际合作生态,推动企业拓展海外市场、畅通跨境贸易、提升品牌国际知名度。
