乌溪江混合式抽水蓄能电站装机容量298兆瓦,主要承担浙江电网调峰、填谷、储能、调频及应急备用等功能。水电四局负责承建项目引水、半地下厂房、尾水、启闭机房及河道疏浚等工程。

项目核心竖井式主厂房既是中国首座、目前最大的椭圆形半地下厂房,亦是中国东部地区唯一全程处于柱状节理围岩的水电工程。该厂房长轴49.3米、短轴35.3米、深度70.7米,地质条件特殊、施工技术难度大。
针对工程特大断面围岩稳定性差、支护周期长、出渣效率低等施工难点,项目团队通过优化爆破参数、升级锚索注浆工艺,保障施工安全与质量。并创新采用双导井并联溜渣系统,颠覆传统单井出渣模式,将单循环出渣量由800立方米提升至1540立方米,出渣效率提升近一倍,有效缩短施工周期。
据悉,该电站投运后将接入浙江省220千伏电网,有效提升该省电网调峰填谷能力,与区域风电、光伏项目形成发电互补,助力消纳新能源。(完)
