〔記者楊雅民／台北報導〕香港怡和集團傳出有意轉讓旗下肯德基和必勝客涵蓋台灣、香港、澳門及越南等市場的經營權，買家名單赫然出現統一集團、私募基金凱雷集團與百勝中國，統一集團董事長羅智先今天面對市場傳聞只回應4個字，「不予置評」。
羅智先直言，以統一集團現在的規模，每次市場有出售的案子，買家都會傳出有統一。
統一集團日前也發表聲明指出，「對於任何可能的投資機會，都願意審慎評估，而且也將持續如此。」
集團對於任何企業整合都會採取高質標準來檢視各個面向，同時經過審慎嚴格的評估以及董事會的充分討論。「只有當這個投資具有策略意義以及股東能夠產生具有意義的價值，我們才會進行相關作業」。
