本次活动以“冰雪逐梦科技赋能”为主题，由黑龙江省科技厅主办、黑龙江大学承办，汇聚冰雪建筑、艺术创新、赛事保障等领域专家，搭建冰雪科技科普与交流平台。
现场冰雪科创产品体验区成为外籍学子的热门打卡地。来自阿富汗的留学生亚信站上仿真越野模拟机，沉浸式体验越野滑雪的速度与激情。“滑雪自由又治愈，这套设备让我不用畏惧严寒、无需雪场，就能感受冰雪运动的快乐。”亚信坦言，新奇的科技设备让他颠覆了对冰雪运动的固有认知。
来自埃塞俄比亚的留学生TINSAE则被精致的冰灯冰雕3D打印模型深深吸引，细细观摩模型细节，频频驻足拍照。“这是我第一次见到如此精巧的冰雪艺术作品，创意和工艺都让人惊叹。”TINSAE表示，希望能将这类冰雪科创产品带回自己的国家，传播黑龙江冰雪之美。

本次展出的仿真冰冰壶、室内越野滑雪模拟机等设备，均依托本土高校科研力量研发，攻克多项技术难题，助力冰雪运动普及与冰雪装备产业升级。
活动期间，四位省内冰雪领域专家轮番分享，详解冰雪建筑、彩色冰技术、冰雕科创、亚冬会索道保障等硬核成果，搭配科普情景剧展演，全方位展现黑龙江冰雪科技的创新活力。
