据最高检网站消息，日前，商务部原驻昆明特派员肖凤怀(正厅级)涉嫌受贿罪一案，由云南省监察委员会调查终结，移送检察机关审查起诉。

经云南省人民检察院指定管辖，由楚雄州人民检察院依法向楚雄州中级人民法院提起公诉。

案件正在进一步办理中。
