Secondo uno studio di KeyPartners, società specializzata in executive search e leadership advisory, a pesare non sarebbe tanto un limite tecnico quanto, piuttosto, un fattore culturale, strettamente legato all’adozione di modelli manageriali ormai superati.

In particolare, per il 56% del campione degli oltre 150 professionisti Hr coinvolti nell’indagine, il principale ostacolo al cambiamento è rappresentato dal micromanagement, una pratica basata più sul controllo che sulla delega e sulla responsabilizzazione del personale.

Il 42% degli intervistati chiama in causa, invece, la tendenza a difendere lo status quo a oltranza, il 38% l’incompetenza tecnica e manageriale, il 36% la mancanza di coraggio decisionale.

A seguire, con il 24%, un insieme di problematiche organizzative trasversali che vanno dall’ambiguità nei ruoli a culture aziendali rigide che penalizzano l’errore e disincentivano la sperimentazione.

Impattando direttamente sul benessere delle persone, queste pratiche organizzative alimentano altresì la fuga dei talenti, considerata dal 48% dei rispondenti tra le sfide più complesse per imprese ‘conservative’ poco inclini all’ascolto e alla costruzione di fiducia.
