Dry cargo ships operate in the Black Sea area of Odessa, Ochakov, and Nikolayev under the grain deal framework.
MELITOPOL, August 13. /TASS/. The Kiev regime is using dry cargo ships calling at the port of Odessa as part of the grain deal to transport and launch unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), military expert Vitaly Kiselyov told TASS.
According to him, such launches may be carried out from the neutral waters of Azerbaijan and Turkey.
"The ships that are currently being targeted by the Russian Armed Forces in the area of Odessa, Ochakov, and Nikolayev are used by the Kiev regime to transport and launch UAVs, all under the cover of grain deal shipments. The launches may be carried out from the neutral waters of Azerbaijan and Turkey," Kiselyov stated.
The expert noted that Ukraine’s strike on an Iranian vessel could have been carried out from one of these dry cargo ships.
