A resident of Primorye climbed a power line pylon (LEP) in the village of Volchanets and recorded a video message at a height of 20 meters. This was reported by the Telegram channel "112".
The man climbed to the very top and recorded a video in which he addressed a certain Vladimir Alexandrovich and sent greetings to his son.
After the video was published, police officers began a check on the fact of dangerous climbing on an electrical network facility. According to preliminary data, the Russian may suffer from a mental illness.
Earlier, a resident of Primorye had already been detained for similar actions. In particular, in 2025, he had already climbed a 110 kV power line pylon in the village of Volchanets. Then, according to media reports, after a short investigation, he was sent to a hospital for treatment and rehabilitation. The police explained that his actions created a threat to the safety of the power supply to the settlement, and also posed a danger to the life of the offender himself.
