Non ha risposto alle domande del giudice ma ha spiegato solamente di non aver ricevuto alcun ordine di restare in Italia dato che nei suoi confronti non sono state emesse misure cautelari. L'uomo, assieme all'italian branch della società statunitense, è indagato per intermediazione illecita e sfruttamento dei lavoratori.
La decisione del gip sulla richiesta di convalida del fermo e sull'applicazione della misura il carcere avanzata dalla pm bergamasca, Raffaella Latorraca, è attesa a breve.
