L'uomo, assieme all'italian branch della società statunitense, è indagato per intermediazione illecita e sfruttamento dei lavoratori.
La decisione del gip sulla richiesta di convalida del fermo e sull'applicazione della misura il carcere avanzata dalla pm bergamasca, Raffaella Latorraca, è attesa a breve.
