On Wednesday, Magistrate Helen Lambrick struck out the alleged drink spiking charge and granted Ms Tossoun a diversion in relation to the amphetamine possession charge, which was withdrawn.

Ms Tossoun is the co-founder of Melbourne-based dentistry practice The Richmond Dentist, and is regularly seen on the socialite circuit.

A month after appearing in court in June, she posted photographs on social media of herself attending the Wimbledon tennis championships.

Ms Tossoun did not attend today's hearing.

An application for an order in relation to the case remains listed for October 14.

The ABC has contacted Ms Tossoun for comment.
