新北市、台北市、基隆市將透過捷運民生汐止線、汐止東湖線、基隆捷運串連，實現一車往返台北大稻埕到基隆的願景。新北市府捷運工程局今（11）日啟動「基隆捷運工程採購案機關採購廉政平台」成立，由新北市長侯友宜作為代表，法務部廉政署、新北地方檢察署、法務部調查局新北市調查處及台灣透明組織協會等單位參與，這是廉政署第100個廉政平台，監督總經費達696.89億元。
侯友宜說，基隆捷運全長15.6公里，沿線設置13座車站，未來將串連的3線採用相同系統，實現「一車到底」從基隆八堵直達汐止、南港或大稻埕；目前「四大優先」策略，包含「細設先行」已於2025年7月啟動、「先期工程率先施作」2025年12月30日已動工、「地下段統包工程先招標」已於5月29日第二次上網公告以及「機電後擴」保留決標中，新北已準備好，就等工程經費審議通過，讓主體工程開始施工。
侯友宜指出，捷運建設經費龐大，為確保重大工程嚴守「清廉、透明、效率」目標，市府攜手廉政署、地檢署及調查機關成立全國第100個機關採購廉政平台，透過跨域合作與行政透明機制及早介入，防範不當外力干擾並降低廉政風險。
捷運局長李政安補充，新北市邁向「軌道建設黃金期」，目前施工中捷運7線齊發，市府將致力於讓基隆捷運等各項軌道工程如期、如質完成，提升城市競爭力，帶動經濟與區域發展。
