Prateek Yadav, Son of Mulayam Singh Yadav, Dies at 38 Due to Cardiorespiratory Collapse

Prateek Yadav, son of Mulayam Singh Yadav, has passed away in Lucknow at the age of 38. A postmortem report revealed the cause of death as cardiorespiratory collapse due to massive pulmonary thromboembolism. The report also indicated the presence of antemortem injuries. Prateek Yadav was the half-brother of Akhilesh Yadav.

Prateek Yadav, son of late Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav and husband of BJP leader Aparna Yadav, passed away earlier today in Lucknow. He was 38 years old. The postmortem report has now shed light on the cause of death. According to the report from King George's Medical University in Lucknow, the cause of death has been identified as “cardiorespiratory collapse due to massive pulmonary thromboembolism.” The report also noted the presence of six “antemortem” (before-death) injuries on his body.

Prateek Yadav’s sudden demise has drawn attention given his prominent political family background, with condolences pouring in from across the political spectrum. Prateek was the half-brother of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav. According to reports, he was brought to the hospital around 6:15 am, where he was declared dead.
