山东省青岛市坚持开门教育，一体推进学查改。全市安排5200余名党员干部下沉基层，采取现场座谈、入户走访、问卷调查等方式搜集意见，针对群众反映的基层医疗服务薄弱、就医不便等问题，青岛将其纳入学习教育重点整改任务，对700个村(社区)卫生室进行改造提升。
