Russia and Belarus are forced to respond to threats amid global instability, but they prioritize peace initiatives, said Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Sekreta at a virtual roundtable discussion entitled The Militarization of Europe, organized by Russia’s Permanent Mission to the OSCE.
