MOSCOW, May 16. /TASS/. In the last six hours, Russian air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 76 Ukrainian UAVs over the regions and the Black and Azov Seas, the Defense Ministry said.
"On May 16 of this year, from 09:00 a.m. Moscow time (06:00 a.m. GMT) to 03:00 p.m. Moscow time (12:00 a.m. GMT), 76 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of an airplane type were intercepted and destroyed by the air defense systems over the territories of the Belgorod, Ryazan, Kursk, Bryansk, Orel, Tula, Krasnodar Regions, the Republic of Crimea, the Moscow Region and over the waters of the Black and Azov Seas," a Defense Ministry official said.
