〔記者涂鉅旻／台北報導〕我國海軍預計於今年7月正式編成新的「濱海作戰指揮部」，並由二星中將擔任主官，形成跨單位、跨平台的整合作戰架構。對此，臺灣國防研究倡議共同創辦人吳浩宇指出，該指揮部未來除了統一整合原有海鋒大隊與新增的魚叉飛彈部隊外，也將納入無人機、雷達站、機動雷達車組、海岸監偵系統與情監偵量能。
自由時報最新一集軍事節目《台海情勢簡報室》近日上線，吳浩宇表示，台灣現在想建立的已不只是「有飛彈」，而是一整套能在戰時持續運作的濱海打擊系統。
他表示，若未來共軍執意發動對台兩棲作戰，那麼從台灣海峽到接近灘岸的整個過程中，共軍艦隊都可能持續面對來自岸置飛彈、無人機、雷達導引與分散式機動火力的威脅。

吳浩宇指出，中共貿然發起登陸作戰的結果，不一定是所有艦艇瞬間被擊沉，而是讓整個登陸節奏被迫放慢、編隊被迫壓縮、護航兵力被迫分散，最終讓共軍原本強調速度與協同的登陸作戰，逐漸陷入混亂與消耗。
