邱議瑩表示,10多年前橫向國道收費議題就曾在地方引發強烈反彈,原因很簡單,這不是紙上試算的一個數字,而是地方鄉親每天真實面對的生活成本,尤其農民運送農產品進出市區,本來就承受油價、肥料、人工與運輸成本壓力,如果再增加通行費,將進一步壓縮農民生計。
