消防庁などによると、沖縄県内では一時、暴風域に入った沖縄本島を中心に被害が出た。強風による転倒や割れた車のガラスにより、那覇市や沖縄市など7市町村で9人が軽傷を負った。また、建物6棟が一部破損した。避難指示は2日午前6時時点の発表で、2町村の8079世帯1万7273人に出ている。
