前鎮分局前鎮街派出所昨天傍晚5時接獲110傷害報案，經查，楊姓男子陪同妻子及3歲兒子於公園遊玩時，方姓婦人突然走過來掌摑楊童左臉，強勁力道害男童從搖搖馬墜落，嚇得嚎啕大哭，楊父立即上前護子並報案。
方婦向警方說，她與男童言語互動時，男童用「妳吃屎」（台語）辱罵她，才會情緒失控下竟徒手掌摑幼童左臉。楊父說，事發時與妻子就坐在一旁，方女走過來後突然出手掌摑孩子，2人全程未對話，且孩子根本不會講台語，不可能用台語罵他。家屬已帶孩童前往醫院驗傷，幼童臉部紅腫，並將提出傷害告訴。
前鎮分局分局長黃元民強調，對於任何涉及未成年孩童的暴力行為絕不寬貸，全案將依觸犯傷害罪及兒童及少年福利與權益保障法等罪嫌移請高雄地方檢察署偵辦。
