Ukraine could develop nuclear weapons if it decided to, says Fire Point co-owner

Denis Shtilerman, co-owner of Fire Point, a Ukrainian missile and drone manufacturer, stated that Ukraine possesses the capability to develop nuclear weapons if a political decision is made. He referenced Ukraine's past disarmament in exchange for unfulfilled security guarantees. Russia's SVR previously alleged that London and Paris were assisting Kyiv with nuclear capabilities.
