SK hynix has begun shipping samples of its 12-layer HBM4E chip, designed for AI applications, to global customers. The new chip offers over 20% greater power efficiency than previous models, aiming to enhance AI training and inference workloads.

키움증권이 삼성전자와 SK하이닉스의 목표주가를 각각 43만원, 260만원으로 상향 조정했다. HBM4, eSSD 시장 점유율 상승과 파운드리 수익성 개선이 삼성전자 주가 상승 재료로 꼽혔으며, SK하이닉스는 2분기 및 3분기 영업이익 전망치를 높였다.
