Federal Judges Block Trump Rule Restricting Public Service Loan Forgiveness

Two federal judges have blocked a Trump administration rule that would have restricted eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). The rule, set to take effect July 1, would have excluded employers engaging in "unlawful activities," but judges ruled it violated the First Amendment and was "contrary to law."
