Louisiana Teacher Mourns 5-Year-Old Student Killed in Family Shooting: 'He Was a Cool Little Dude'
A Shreveport, Louisiana preschool teacher is grieving the loss of her 5-year-old student Braylon Snow, who was among seven siblings and a cousin fatally shot by their father Sunday. Teacher Angela Hall described Braylon as a quiet, joyful child who loved the playground and was learning to write his name. She learned of the tragedy while reading an article at her mother's house and broke down. On Monday, she struggled to maintain composure during circle-time, eventually going home at noon. The Head Start program was preparing for graduation next month, with students excited about starting kindergarten in the fall.
