
Qatar Aims to Restore 80% of LNG Export Capacity in Two Months
Qatar expects to quickly increase liquefied natural gas (LNG) production to 80% of its export capacity within two months after the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, according to Bloomberg sources. State-owned QatarEnergy plans to reach 50% capacity in one month, with full restoration of the remaining capacity taking years due to damage from Iranian missile strikes.
