Three Men Found Guilty of Brighton Beach Rape in 'Predatory' Attack

Three men have been found guilty of repeatedly raping a woman on Brighton beach in a 'cynical, predatory and callous' attack. Ibrahim Alshafe (25, Egyptian) and Abdulla Ahmadi (26, Iranian) were convicted of two counts of rape each, while Karin Al-Danasurt (20, Egyptian) was convicted of all four counts as a secondary party. The victim was targeted while 'staggering in the street' and 'incapacitated' in the early hours of 4 October. All three defendants, who were staying at Home Office-approved asylum seeker accommodation, showed no reaction as verdicts were delivered at Hove Crown Court.
