England Pacer Mark Wood Recalls Franchise Owner Offering Private Jet While He Was Unwell During IPL

England fast bowler Mark Wood has shared a humorous story from his IPL career, recalling how a franchise owner offered to send a private jet to fly him to a match while he was seriously ill and unable to get out of bed. Wood, who took 11 wickets in five IPL games for Chennai Super Kings and Lucknow Super Giants, said the owner even promised to fly him straight back after the match. He ultimately decided not to play after consulting his father.
