DDA Launches 'Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026' with 25% Discount on Narela Flats

All flats will be offered on a freehold basis, giving buyers complete ownership rights over the property.

Flat prices after 25% discount

The DDA has announced the following starting prices after applying the 25% discount:

1 BHK: From Rs 33.40 lakh

2 BHK: From Rs 75.55 lakh

3 BHK: From Rs 1.065 crore

The discounted pricing is expected to make the homes more accessible to eligible buyers, particularly first-time homebuyers looking for ready-to-move properties.

Registration opens: July 24

Flat booking starts: August 15

Mode of booking: Through the DDA Awaas Portal

Allotment: First come, first served

Since allotments will not be through a lottery, prospective buyers may benefit from completing registration early and keeping the required documents and finances ready before bookings begin.
