県内では、不法就労の外国人を雇用している事業者の情報を県が募り、摘発されれば謝礼を支払う「通報報奨金制度」が11日に始まった。ベトナム国籍の男性は制度について、事実に基づかない通報や、事業者は誰が通報したのかを疑うなどの悪影響があると指摘。職場でパワハラやセクハラを受けて逃げる外国人もいるとし、不法就労をなくすため「本当に困った人が相談できるシステムを作ってほしい」などと求めた。
