媒體報導,勞動部近期開出1名駕駛職缺,月薪卻僅有2萬9220元至3萬9270元,由於今年最低工資月薪已達2萬9500元,開出的薪資下限明顯低於最低工資,若要符合行政院人事總處要求,「中央政府基層員工月薪應高於最低工資1.1倍」,應達3萬2450元。

至於今日衛環委員會要來針對「性別平等工作法」、「就業保險法」進行質詢,勞動部昨日公布彈性育嬰留停的最新實施狀況,強調自今年 1 月 1 號開始至 5 月,累積的申請的筆數已超過2萬4000 筆。 5 月也是首次男性申請的件數超過女性。顯示彈性育嬰留停的制度,促進了非常多爸爸們的參與。勞動部預期,如果未來我們能夠在《性工法》跟《就保法》修法後,將以日請的彈性育嬰留停變成「育兒假」,甚至增加日數,相信還可以再促成更多男性、也就是爸爸的參與,更促成雙親在照顧上面的平等。
