取り組みでは、（1）AI導入による金融サービスの品質向上と、利用者への新たな付加価値の提供やユーザー体験の改善、（2）オフィスワークを中心とした業務プロセスの効率化・業務改革による生産性の向上、（3）社内システムのクラウドシフトや、老朽化したITインフラの刷新（モダナイゼーション）を通じたセキュリティ環境の強化──の3点を柱に検討を進める。
NECとAnthropicは4月に戦略的協業を開始し、日本の企業向け分野でAI活用の拡大を図っている。これまでに、業種ごとの業務に特化したAIソリューションの共同開発や、NECが顧客の課題解決に向けて提供するソリューション群「BluStellar Scenario」（ブルーステラ シナリオ）へのClaude導入などを進めてきた。
