Axis Bank Reports Marginal 0.64% YoY Decline in Q4 FY26 Net Profit at Rs 7,071 Crore

Axis Bank reported Q4FY26 net profit of Rs 7,071 crore, down 0.64% YoY, despite 4.7% growth in interest income to Rs 32,724 crore. Net Interest Income rose 5% to Rs 14,457 crore with NIM at 3.62%. The bank strengthened its balance sheet with cumulative provisions of Rs 15,473 crore and created a one-time provision of Rs 2,001 crore against macroeconomic uncertainties. Advances grew 19% YoY to Rs 12,33,570 crore while Gross NPA improved to 1.23% from 1.40% in Q3FY26.
