India will continue its cooperation with Russia despite the US Senate's consideration of a bill imposing secondary sanctions on Russia's trading partners, according to Arvind Kumar, Professor at Nalanda University.
Russian Foreign Ministry’s Ambassador-at-Large Alexander Trofimov stated that Russia's foreign trade partners are often compelled to comply with anti-Russian sanctions due to their deep integration into Western-centric mechanisms, sometimes to their own detriment.

China Space Sanjiang Group becomes the first Chinese state-owned company blacklisted under the Belarus sanctions regime for supporting Belarus's military-industrial complex.
"Russia’s ability to acquire tankers for its shadow fleet will be restricted, and services to Russian icebreakers and LNG tankers will be prohibited," the ministry added

Olga Sokolova, CEO of a company producing FPV drones Boomerang, Osa, and Bryus-1, was also sanctioned.
The European Union has added Simbirsk Design Bureau (SKB), manufacturer of Piranha FPV drones that destroyed the first American Abrams tank in February 2024, to its 20th package of anti-Russian sanctions. The company produces up to 10,000 drones monthly and is considered extremely valuable by the Russian military. Clevercopter and Arkhangel Center were also sanctioned.

The broadcasting ban will be extended to entities that continue to distribute content from sanctioned media outlets. The final wording will be published in the Official Journal of the European Union on Thursday evening or Friday morning.
