Two Chinese nationals, A (44) and B (39), have been arrested and sent to trial for violating the Loan Business Act and filing false accusations. They lent money to foreign residents in Korea at exorbitant interest rates, some as high as 30,000% annually, and then falsely reported their victims for theft or fraud.
