〔記者王孟倫/台北報導〕根據衛生福利部公布之2024年國人死因統計,國人十大死因之死亡人數合計14萬9479人,事故傷害位居十大死因第七位,共計有6924人死亡;另就2024年不同年齡層觀察死因,1-14歲及15-24歲以事故傷害位居首位。壽險業者表示,意外風險確實存在於每個人的日常生活之中,潛藏威脅不容忽視,及早規劃相關保險保障,才能在關鍵時刻轉嫁風險。

衛生福利部所定義的「事故傷害」是指非蓄意性傷害事件,其中,以運輸事故占42.3%為最大宗,其次為意外跌倒(落)占23.9%,而意外中毒、溺水及火災等事故亦造成不少傷亡。

進一步分析各年齡層事故傷害原因:交通事故固然是重要風險來源,但跌倒(落)同樣不容輕忽,尤其0至14歲兒童及45歲以上族群,跌倒(落)皆為主要意外事故類型之一。

宏泰人壽表示,隨著社會型態改變與交通運輸日益便利,民眾每日通勤或是旅遊、從事戶外休閒活動的機會增加,意外事故發生的風險也隨之提高;當意外造成身故或完全失能時,可能導致家庭經濟來源中斷或短少,危及生活穩定。

鑒於意外保障需求推升,宏泰人壽推出「宏泰人壽意路安終身傷害暨兒童傷害失能保險(NPG)」,保障範圍涵蓋意外身故、意外失能、重大燒燙傷及失能安養扶助等項目,並針對大眾運輸工具及機車、自行車等日常交通情境提供額外保障。NPG採終身保障設計,最高可保障至100歲,協助不同年齡層與人生階段的保戶因應不可預期的意外風險。

此外,現行法規規定未滿15歲之兒童投保壽險後若死亡,原則上僅給付喪葬費用,然而兒童也可能因意外事故致使失能或需長期照護的情況。NPG全齡適用,同時強化傷害失能及照護保障,亦適合家長為小朋友規劃。

宏泰人壽表示,在人生每個階段,意外險不可或缺,及早建立完整的保障規劃,是家庭風險管理的首要課題。期望透過NPG的保障,發揮守護家庭經濟的功能,協助保戶提升面對意外風險的韌性。
